For the first 3 co-delivered projects, the profit share is 50/50 — FractalShift engineers work embedded alongside your team, and we split the project profit. After those 3 projects, when your team is delivering AI-native work independently, we take a 15% incremental profit share on AI-enhanced engagements. We invest in your growth.
